Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse for the 7pm–7am night shift in High Point, NC. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week across 3 12-hour shifts and every third weekend, with benefits eligibility.

Under RN/physician supervision, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and participate in team meetings while maintaining care quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN training program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse licensure from the state of NC.
• American Heart Association BLS within 6 months unless exempt.
• Previous LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care activities per plan under RN/physician supervision.
• Escort patients and assist with examinations and assessments.
• Administer and document medications as ordered; call in med orders.
• Interpret patient data and relate it to health status and treatment.
• Record findings accurately per policies and procedures.
• Review procedures, meds, and supplies in patient charts.
• Triage and document patient calls regarding medications/conditions.
• Maintain exam rooms and assist with quality improvement.
