Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents for needs, develop individualized care plans and administer nursing care in a supportive SNF setting, supervised by the Director of Nursing.

Full-time shifts are 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with a wage of $35.00 to $37.00 per hour. We offer daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401K, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of work.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' needs and develop care plans.
• Provide nursing care in a SNF setting and supervise nursing assistants.
• Follow federal, state and local regulations and facility policies.
