Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and support residents with daily treatments.

You will educate residents and families, communicate with physicians and the health team, and supervise CNAs. This full-time night shift (11pm–7am) offers competitive wages up to $43/hour plus comprehensive benefits in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled and Long Term Care Units.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
