Job summary

Apploi is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive care for residents in our Skilled and Long Term Care Units. The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, direct patient care, and educating residents and families. You will coordinate with physicians, NPs and other health care professionals, and supervise CNAs.

The shift is 11pm-7am; an equal opportunity employer. Compensation offers up to $43 per hour with benefits as listed in the package.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience with IV medications and vital signs is preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
