Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Responsibilities include medication administration (IVs), vital signs, and delivering patient care with outcome monitoring.

You will educate residents and families, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and health care professionals while supervising CNAs during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience supervising CNAs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
