BrioHR Pte Ltd in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts (6pm–6:15am). You will administer medications, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a geriatric setting.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with night shift and weekend premiums improving earnings. The role requires Michigan LPN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and prior geriatric care experience.

Qualificações

• LPN license in Michigan required.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; an Associate degree acceptable with relevant experience.
• Experience with elderly/senior care valued.
• Background in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
• Able to lift/move up to 35 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, monitor vital signs.
• Conduct health assessments and report changes to the clinical team.
• Monitor and adjust care plans based on resident response.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care to improve quality of life.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and support staff.
• Document resident care with accurate daily/monthly records.
• Manage admissions and discharges per procedures; maintain medical records.
• Ensure safety and infection control protocols are followed.
• Engage in ongoing education and stay current with best practices.

Conhecimentos
