Qualifikationen

• Active LPN licensure in state of employment.
• 2 years' experience nursing with behavioral health clients preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and confidentiality requirements.

Aufgaben

• Perform nursing assessments and interventions with medications oversight as needed.
• Report client social, psychological and physical behavior as indicated.
• Ensure compliance with nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, confidentiality).
• Assist with policies to meet state regulations and update plans as necessary.
• Supervise and contribute to hiring, training, and evaluating team performance.
