Job summary

Homewood Living Plum Creek is seeking a compassionate LPN for night shift—part-time—at our Plum Creek residence. You will administer medications, document care, and guide Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides to deliver high-quality resident care.

You will participate in care planning, assess residents' physical and psychological needs, and ensure privacy and compliance with policies. Join a team that values empathy, meticulous care, and teamwork in a setting that supports residents'

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the state you will be providing care.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, and turn frequently during the eight-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds in assisting co-workers with resident lifts and transfers.
• Ability to push a med cart and respond quickly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Maintains accurate records of medical and nursing care provided.
• Delegates daily care duties to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides.
• Transcribes and carries out physicians' orders and assists with visits.
• Participates in resident care planning and evaluates resident needs.
• Assists with admissions and discharges and supports staff coverage.
• Keeps all resident information confidential and complies with policies.
