Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, OK seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00pm-7:00am) at Senior Services Yale Campus location. You’ll administer nursing care to assigned patients under physician orders, follow the nursing plan, collect data, and collaborate with RNs to plan care.

Requires completion of a practical nursing program and an active LPN license. Multistate or OK license eligibility, 0-6 months experience acceptable.

Formación

• Requires completion of the prescribed curricula of a practical nursing program or equivalent coursework approved by state board.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• 0-6 months related experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Administers nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on physician orders and nursing care plan.
• Consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care and documents data.
• Performs direct and indirect patient care duties including data collection and discharge planning.
