Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN license in the state.

• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred

Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers medications and records dosages.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors equipment and interprets electronic displays.
• Participates in discharge planning.
