Job summary

White Deer Run Treatment Network in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide nursing care on the 7pm–7am shift (three 12-hour shifts) with every other weekend. The role operates under nursing standards, prioritizing patient safety and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering basic care, documenting progress, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring safe medication delivery in accordance with physician orders and policy.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current LPN/LVN license is required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required; first aid may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic nursing care.
• Ensure safe delivery of medications per physician orders and policies.
• Document patient progress and report status changes to RNs or physicians.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet patient biopsychosocial needs.
