Job summary

Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team for the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with the RN Supervisor to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Accurately transcribe and follow physician orders.
• Order medications and supplies in accordance with facility policies.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Review and update care plans and resident profiles as needed.
• Complete required documentation each shift per facility guidelines.
• Participate in nursing report at shift change to ensure continuity of care.
