Job summary

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (must match state residency).

• Provide copy of current CPR certification per agency policy.
• Be flexible, organized and able to exercise independent, sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Documentation/charting of clinical notes and nursing care plans.
• Adhere to MGA policies, procedures and handbook.
• Report on time to complete work within designated time.
