Job summary

MGA Homecare is hiring LPN/LVN nurses for night shifts to provide skilled nursing in home health settings. The role requires an active license in Arkansas, CPR certification, and reliable transportation for travel between patient homes.

Under supervision, you will follow the patient plan of care, document observations, administer medications, and communicate changes to the supervisor and physician as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved nursing program and a valid license to practice.
• Active LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• Successful completion of competency testing with a score of 80% or greater.
• Reliable transportation to travel for home visits.
• Provide TB results and CPR certification as required.
• Be flexible, organized and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment.
• Document care and observations in medical records.
• Notify supervisor and physician for changes or new orders.
• Observe aseptic technique as required.
• Administer medications per care plan.
• Work under the direction of the registered nurse.
• Prepare and submit timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
