Job summary

Memorial Health System - Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team on a 12‑hour night shift in Marietta, Ohio. The role operates on a flex time basis within the hospital’s patient care units.

You will provide bedside nursing support under the direction of a registered nurse, perform rounding, shift reports, and ensure accurate documentation in Meditech while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio with IV-MEDS certification.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Participates in bedside shift report/handoff.
• Performs hourly rounding.
• Documents nursing care and outcomes per policy.
• Coordinates teaching for discharge with patient/family.
• Communicates changes in patient condition to physician.
• Maintains Meditech documentation within required timeframe.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to meet patient needs.
