Job summary

Dunwoody Village is seeking dedicated LPNs for part-time night shifts (11pm-7:30am) with every other weekend requirements. Candidates should hold a PA LPN license with CPR and have at least 2 years of long-term care experience, plus familiarity with Point Click Care.

Responsibilities include assessing residents across Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support, or Rehab areas, and coordinating with the care team. Holiday rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a PA licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience.
• Point Click Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional supportive care to residents across Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support, or Rehab areas.
• Evaluate and assess residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial needs to determine required interventions.
• Participate in holiday rotation and be available to work on any unit as needed.
• Effectively document assessments and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
