Dunwoody Village, a continuing care retirement community in Newtown Square, PA, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time 11pm-7:30am shift with weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PA Registered Nurse license with current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience and strong assessment skills.
• Experience with Point.ClickCare or similar EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support or Rehab areas.
• Assess residents’ physical, mental and psycho-social needs and determine level of intervention.
• Participate in care planning, coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
