Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med-Surg assignment in Lewiston, Maine. The role shifts are Nights, with a 12-week duration and pay ranging from $40.00 to $50.00 per hour, equivalent to $1,680 to $2,100 gross per week.

Requirements include LPN/LVN licensure, IV and BW certifications, current BLS, and 1 year of Med-Surg experience. Join a team supporting patient care with comprehensive resources and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification required.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• One (1) year of LPN Med Surg experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environment.
• Monitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes.
• Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws.
• Support care plans and patient throughput.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance.
• Document care in EMR/EHR systems.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
