Responsibilities include bedside care, monitoring vitals, medication administration, IV therapy, documentation in EMR/EHR, and collaborating with RNs and physicians. Licensing, BLS, and one year of Med Surg experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• LPN/LVN license required.
• IV certification and BW certification required.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire.
• One year of LPN Med Surg experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside patient care in a Med‑Surg environment.
• Monitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes.
• Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws.
• Support care plans and patient throughput.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance.
• Document care in EMR/EHR systems.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
