Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for overnight shifts (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on medication management, resident condition monitoring, and care-plan coordination with the Resident Services Director.

You will be part of a clinical overnight team, maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active Florida LPN License.
• CPR Certification.
• 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support and help oversee resident care plans under the Resident Services Director.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Administer medications and provide clinical support.
• Keep documentation accurate and in line with state regulatory requirements.
• Work as part of a team-oriented overnight care staff.
