Job summary

Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/LVN for the Acute Rehab department in Joliet, IL. The role works full-time nights, providing direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision in the MST setting.

Requirements include a state license (LPN/LVN), IV and BW cert within 90 days, and a current BLS. A high school diploma is required, with healthcare experience preferred and a $7,500 sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• LPN or LVN license required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services within the scope of practice per state requirements. Under the supervision of an RN, the LVN/LPN maintains safety, patient comfort and care and improves the patient experience in the MST setting.
