Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet in Joliet, IL seeks an experienced LVN/LPN for the Night shift in Acute Rehab. The role involves direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, focusing on safety, comfort and patient experience in the MST setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, LPN/LVN license, IV and BW certifications within 90 days, current BLS, and healthcare experience preferred. A $7,500 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $31-$40 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and within state requirements, to maintain safety and comfort and improve patient experience.
