Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. The role operates on night shifts with 24 scheduled hours per week and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Under supervision, you will perform nursing duties, assess residents, administer medications, document outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care. North Dakota licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred; ND IV therapy requirements may apply.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state board; multi-state licensure preferred; CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision of RN/physician.
• Assess residents, administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medications, behavior, activity, and diet.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and health-care providers; maintain confidentiality.
