Job summary

The Blossoms at Nashville Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a lead for the night shift. You will supervise the nursing staff, pass medications, and manage admissions, transfers and discharges on a 6pm–6am schedule, with weekend and Baylor options available.

Full-time preferred; part-time and PRN welcome. Compensation ranges from $22–$27 per hour depending on experience, with a $2 per hour night differential (up to $29). PRN pool pays $32 per hour flat with no benefits or differential.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas or compact LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing staff on your shift.
• Pass medications and complete treatments.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents.
• Keep shift reports and the daily census current.
