Staunton Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Staunton, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs for night shifts. This full-time and part-time opportunity offers a sign-on bonus, daily pay option, and a base pay of $31.00–$37.05 per hour plus shift differentials. New grads welcome, with CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Formación

• Active LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• New grads welcome

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice and orders
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort and comfort measures
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and regulations
• Review patient history and vital signs; monitor changes
• Mentor staff as needed

Conocimientos

Active LPN license (Virginia)

CPR/BLS certification
