Staunton Post Acute and Rehabilitation in Staunton, Virginia is seeking Registered Nurses for night shifts. Earn $39–$44.59 per hour with shift differentials, plus a sign-on option and daily pay access. Full-time or part-time schedules available with rotating weekends and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds; stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Team player with strong communication; passionate about senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Plan nursing interventions and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and identify problems/trends.
• Administer medications and treatments timely.
• Transcribe orders and document progress; reflect resident response.
• Coordinate rehabilitation program with therapists.
• Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed.
