Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LVN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Evaluates staffing pattern needed to meet residents' needs.
• Administers medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Receives, transcribes, and implements physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies SECURES equipment supplies.
• Directs/subordinates and participates in duty assignments.
• Organizes/subordinates, tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversees/monitors staff activities and performance.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
