Westwood Post Acute is hiring LPNs in the United States to join our dedicated team for full-time night shifts, 6pm–6am, with weekend rotation PRN. We provide personalized rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing services to residents in a caring environment.

Expect to deliver LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, with potential supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments. Competitive pay and robust benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is a plus.
