Job summary

Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time night shifts (11pm–7am) with part-time options. We offer generous benefits, comprehensive training, and a supportive team within a respected long-term care setting.

As an LPN, you will assist CNAs with ADLs, administer medications, monitor vitals, document care, and contribute to patient safety under supervision. New grads welcome; career advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in NJ required.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care.
• Conduct resident/patient treatments.
• Administer medications per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Submit pharmacy orders and document information.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Provide injections as prescribed.
• Observe and report health changes to RNs/physicians.
• Assist in admissions process as directed.
