Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board or multi-state licensure.
• Pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or 400 hours as LPN.
• Annual CEU and competency training as required by department and facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Support interdisciplinary team with clear communication and confidentiality.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans; educate self-care.
• Maintain resident records and ensure health, safety, and comfort.

Education
