Job summary

ProMed Staffing Resources seeks an LPN for a 13-week contract in Julesburg, CO. You will provide direct patient care in a long-term care facility, administer meds, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team during night shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting.

• Monitor patient status and report changes to RN or physician.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
