Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support residents in maintaining comfort, dignity and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
