Job summary

ProMed Staffing Resources seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a 8-week assignment in Clancy, Montana, to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while adhering to facility policies and state regulations, ensuring resident dignity and safety.

Start ASAP; 48 hours per week with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Montana or compact-eligible).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by authorized providers.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and support teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting resident dignity and independence.
