Job summary

Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Michigan. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision during night shifts.

Shifts are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with an hourly rate of $44, paid weekly via direct deposit. Pay period runs Sunday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LPN.
• Experience in healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
