Job summary

CorrectHealth, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift in Columbus, GA. The LPN will participate in clinical care alongside the healthcare team and law enforcement, under supervision, ensuring quality nursing practice in a correctional environment.

Qualifications

Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program.
Holds and maintains a current license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
American Heart Association BLS certified.
Corrections experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Participates in the clinical aspects of patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement.
Performs duties under the supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision of the HSC.
Maintains standard and ethics of nursing in accordance with applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies.
