Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution in Milton, FL. The LPN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision, addressing physical and behavioral health needs.

Highlights include a night shift (7 PM–7:30 AM) with rotating weekends, compensation/benefits, and opportunities within a national correctional healthcare network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Experience in mental health preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice for incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of patients.
• Work night shifts and weekends as scheduled.
