Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution- Annex in Milton, Florida. The LPN (Mental Health) provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and psychiatric staff.

Night shift 7PM-7:30AM with rotating weekends; requires Florida LPN license, CPR certification, and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Must be actively CPR certified
• Experience working in mental health preferred
• Ability to obtain security clearance, to include drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within scope of practice to incarcerated patients
• Work under supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs during night shifts

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution- Annex located in Milton, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Mental Health) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Experience working in mental health preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Nights, 7PM-7:30AM; rotating weekends
