Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shift at Northpoint Washington in Edmonds, WA. You will coordinate medical care with the treatment team, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation of patient care.

You will work under supervision to develop master treatment and discharge plans, communicate with staff and outside agencies, and uphold safety and quality standards in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Washington state.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of EMR systems (KIPU preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for patients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide education.
• Maintain patient safety and de‑escalation as needed.
• Develop and execute admission, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Document assessments, progress, and care in the patient record.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to licensure and privacy regulations.
