Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts at Northpoint Washington in Edmonds, WA. The LPN will coordinate treatment plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective care.

You must hold a WA LPN license, CPR certification, and be comfortable with electronic medical records; the role emphasizes safety, documentation, and compassionate patient service within a behavioral health

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of WA.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification (nationally accredited).
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to maintain licensure requirements throughout employment.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries with patients.
• Adherence to ethical standards of licensure.
• Willingness to participate in team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate observations to the team.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients.
• Use de-escalation skills to ensure safety.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Record vital signs and monitor symptoms in patient records.
• Coordinate medical updates with utilization review and managed care.
• Adhere to all Northpoint policies and confidentiality standards.
• Respect and maintain professional boundaries with patients.
