Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts (6pm-6:30am) at Northpoint Washington (Adult inpatient). The LPN will oversee medical services for a caseload, coordinate treatment plans, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care.

The role requires WA LPN licensure, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in WA.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and EMR systems (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and observe behaviors, reporting to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications to patients and provide education.
• Utilize de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admissions, orientation, education and discharge plans.
• Develop treatment plans and discharge plans with the team.
