Responsabilidades

• Observe and document each resident on your unit; administer and record medications and treatments.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies; initiate life-saving measures when needed.
• Deliver direct nursing care and supervise care staff on your unit.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans for assigned residents.
