Moose Lake Village, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. We offer supportive career growth, a strong nurse-to-resident ratio, and opportunities to advance within Cassia’s nonprofit system.

As an LPN you will administer medications, collaborate with a dedicated team, and provide high-quality care to older adults in a 5-star rated community. Night shifts are available with a competitive hourly wage and night differential.

Qualificações

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
