Qualifications

• Must have a current Iowa LPN license and be in good standing.
• CPR certification or willing to obtain.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administer medications and/or treatment as per physician's orders.
• Document resident care using computerized medication software.
• Notify Clinical Manager and physicians of significant resident condition changes.
