Moose Lake Village, a Cassia community in Moose Lake, Minnesota, is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care and administer medications. You will work with a dedicated team to support residents and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy
• Documents care using electronic charting systems
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties
• Performs other duties as assigned
