Qualifications

• Current LPN license in WV.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards, orders, and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and wound care.
