Qualifications

• Current LPN license in West Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Keep resident information confidential and follow all policies.
