Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license as required by the state.

- Ability to work independently within a healthcare team.
- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor residents for changes in physical, mental, behavioral, and emotional condition.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to adjust care plans.
