Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Transcribe and follow physician orders accurately.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Review/update care plans and resident profiles as needed.
• Complete required documentation each shift per facility guidelines.
• Participate in shift-change nursing report for continuity of care.
