Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, etc.).
• Support resident mobility, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide assistance with nutrition and hydration, including meal service and feeding as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Complete daily documentation of care provided.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times.
