Qualifications

• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to supervise, lead, and mentor nursing staff.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform other duties as required.
• Commitment to resident dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds and assessments on assigned residents.
• Monitor and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate changes in condition to residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Assist in developing and updating resident care plans.
• Support and train nursing staff, including new and temporary employees.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, infection control, and emergency protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and state survey processes.
